We reserve the right to modify, update, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
3. Free Trial
Where offered, subscriptions may include a 7-day free trial period.
To access the free trial, you must provide valid payment details at the time of registration.
Unless cancelled prior to the end of the 7-day trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and your nominated payment method will be charged at the applicable subscription rate.
You are solely responsible for cancelling your subscription before the trial period expires if you do not wish to be charged.
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, or limit free trial offers at any time.
4. Subscriptions, Payments and Renewals
4.1 Auto-Renewal
All subscriptions are automatically renewing unless cancelled before the next billing date.
By purchasing a subscription, you authorise us to charge your nominated payment method on a recurring basis.
4.2 Pricing
All prices are displayed at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any pricing changes will apply from the next billing cycle.
4.3 Payment Processing
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to be bound by Stripe’s terms and conditions.
We do not store your complete payment details.
4.4 Failed Payments
If payment fails or is declined, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services until payment is successfully processed.

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of your initial paid subscription.
To request a refund within this period, you must contact us in writing within 14 days of purchase.
After 14 days, subscription fees are non-refundable.

All one-off digital program purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted, except where required by law.
5.3 Australian Consumer Law
