How is this different from other training programs?
Training is structured, adaptable, and built around real-world schedules. Instead of fixed template plans, sessions evolve based on performance, recovery, and consistency so progress stays realistic and sustainable.
Can I request changes to my program?
Absolutely. You can message directly inside the app and request modifications at any time.
How often is my program updated?
Programs are adjusted based on your progress, feedback and performance data. Updates typically occur every 4–6 weeks or sooner if required.
How quickly will I see results?
You’ll usually feel better and move more confidently within the first few weeks. Physical changes take longer and depend on consistency, recovery, effort, and unfortunately your genetics, but progress is tracked so you can see improvements over time. Just make sure you compare with yourself, rather than with others!

Is there a lock-in contract?
No lock-ins. Memberships run on a rolling basis so you can stay as long as it’s delivering value for you.
How do I cancel if I need to?
You can manage or cancel your membership directly in the app. We unfortunately cannot offer pauses to billing currently, so just cancel and rejoin when you're able to. The content available to you will depend on whether you have an active membership.
